Vying Games : Spangles

Spangles is a tile game created by David Smith. It's played with equilateral triangles as tiles. Each player has 25 triangles of their color (black or white) and take turns placing a tile. After the first tile, all tiles must be placed adjacent to another tile. The winner is the first to create a triangle composed of four of their own color triangles. Or, you can win by surrounding one of your opponent's triangles with 3 of your own.

This game was suggested for Vying Games in this thread on Little Golem. Info about Spangles seems to be a little hard to come by. Here are a few mentions:
